“There are neither good nor bad subjects. From the point of view of pure art, you can establish it almost as an axiom that the subject is irrelevant, style itself being an absolute manner of seeing things.”
Gustave flaubert

About Us
We are Bad Subjects! But despite our name, it is our firm belief that anything and everything is worth talking about.
Our mission is to give our peers a platform to publish their thoughts in a free, thought provoking manner; with the hopes of expanding philosophical presence and deliberation on our campus and within our community. Based out of Trinity College’s Philosophy Department, we are an entirely student-run organization managed by the Philosophy Club staff. But your voice is what is most important to us!
Our articles and journals will feature topics written and reviewed by our very own peers – here at Trinity – to expound upon a variety of creative, intellectual topics we all know or hope to learn more about.
To submit articles/essays to us, or to pose any other questions, please visit our Contact the Staff page. Thank you, and we look forward to philosophizing with you!
